On a personal note, I visited Montenegro as part of a group travel tour of the Balkans late summer. Kotor is now a popular cruise port of call. The old town is worth exploring! You'll find both Catholic and Orthodox Churches there.
Nearby is Budva, another port town. We stayed there for two days.
